AS 116 - Fuel Injection and Emission Systems

Lecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 2-2-3
Training in the theory, diagnosis and repair of current automotive fuel, engine control, and emission systems. Training areas include fuel system service and diagnosis, and vehicle repair of current computerized electronic fuel systems are stressed. Emphasis is on developing familiarity with many systems and on diagnostic skill development. The latest equipment is used including dynamometers and scanners.Prerequisite: AS 104 or consent of department.
