CNT 205 - Building Scalable InternetwordsLecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 4-0-4 This class will introduce advanced routing protocols required on scalable networks. Topics include OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP operations and configuration. Course addresses those tasks that network managers and administrators need to perform when managing access and controlling overhead traffic in growing routed networks once basic connectivity has been established. Discusses router capabilities used to control traffic over LANs and WANs, as well as connecting corporate networks to an Internet service provider (ISP). The class is designed to prepare students to pursue the Cisco CCNP examination.Prerequisite: CNT 104 or CCNA certification.
