CM 215 - Construction Planning and Scheduling

Lecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 2-2-3

A study of the planning and control of construction projects through the use of construction schedule. Scheduling techniques using bar charts and critical path methods will be addressed sing current scheduling software. Issues associated with project delays, costs and project paperwork that relate to scheduling will be discussed.Prerequisite: AEC 106  and CIS 124  or CIS 126 .
