Prepares students to succeed in the unforgiving world of project completions and client satisfaction. Includes tools to achieving project results such as how to manage the workload, suppliers, project team, and client. Specific topics include how to phase a project, how to break the work into manageable pieces, and how to track earned values.Prerequisite: AEC 106 , CM 215 and CIS 124 or CIS 126 .
