CA 115 - Production ID/ Food Service Purchasing

Instruction in the basic principles of quantity food and beverage purchasing. A study of the food markets from the producer to the consumer. Establishment of standards of specifications for food and beverage products.Prerequisite: Placement into ENG 021  and ENG 099 , or minimum grade “C” in ENG 020  and ENG 098 .Corequisite: CA 116 .
