MT 100 - Palpation and Superficial Anatomy

Lecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 0.5-1-1
This course introduces the student to skills and knowledge that are fundamental to the prospective massage therapist. The major superficial muscles and landmarks are introduced. Basic palpation skills are introduced. Draping and biomechanics also are covered in this course. Prerequisite: Admission to WMTI program.
