MT 103 - Scientific Foundations of Bodywork

The scientific foundations of bodywork are introduced in the elementary study of human anatomy and physiology. This study entails the basic structure and function of the major systems of the human body with emphasis on the musculo-skeletal and nervous systems. Students become knowledgeable and comfortable with terminology and skillful at locating important structures. Prerequisite: Admission to WMTI program.
