MT 240 - Seated Massage Techniques

Seated massage provides many of the same benefits for clients as traditional massage, including relief of tension, improved circulation, physical and mental relaxation, and increased sense of well-being. This course focuses on adapting different bodywork techniques to seated massage including proper body mechanics, individualizing bodywork skills, and marketing for business success.Prerequisite: MT 102 and MT 103 .
