PSYC 273 - Psychology of Adjustment & GrowthLecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 3-0-3 This course examines adjustment processes and approaches related to the demands of modern life. Theories, research and real-life applications on adjustment and growth issues relating to self-concept, stress, mental and physical health, relationships, marriage and family, work, aging, gender, and cultural diversity are addressed. Approaches to enhance self-awareness and personal/interpersonal adjustment and growth are emphasized.
