PHIL 102 - History of Philosophy

This course is an introduction to the history of philosophy, beginning with the pre-Socratics and concluding with 20th century philosophers.  Special emphasis is given to the causal relationships among major philosophers and their systematic philosophies. Prerequisite: “C” or better in ENG 021 and ENG 099; or ENG 095 or 096 or appropriate placement scores for ENG 101.
