ART 223 - History of Art in Architecture

A visual and cultural analysis of selected structures, urban spaces, and built communities from prehistoric to current time. The course emphasizes the architectural traditions of western civilization, especially as they affect the built environment of the United States and the Midwest. Not recommended for students who are required to enroll in ENG 020 and/or ENG 098.
