This course is a continuation of Spanish 101, focusing on the basic elements of the Spanish language and cultural background of the Spanish-speaking world. The emphasis is on increasing students’ ability to communicate through the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Prerequisite: Minimum grade “C” in SPAN 101 or proficiency exam.
