The site of this 12-week internship will be based on the student’s identified learning needs and interests in conjunction with faculty recommendations. Potential sites may include veterinary practices, emergency veterinary clinics, research institutions, zoos, animal rehabilitation centers, and pharmaceutical companies. Students will develop skill proficiency and be able to apply theoretical knowledge to the practice setting. Prerequisite: VET 111 , VET 117 , and VET 118
