RADT 109 - Principles of X-Ray Production

This course presents the study of x-ray production and the application of radiographic principles. Radiographic quality is presented with density, contrast, recorded detail and distortion explained. The basics of x-ray interactions and primary and secondary radiations are defined and described. Content includes equipment operation and quality control, image acquisition and evaluation. Prerequisite: RADT 106   and RADT 107  both with  minimum grade “C”.
