KIN 111 - Spinning and Core/Abs and ArmsLecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 0-2-1 This class is a combination of spinning (indoor cycling) followed by mat work exercise with a focus on core (abdominals and low back) and upper body (arms and shoulders) for a total body workout. May be repeated 3 times for credit for a total of 4 physical activity credits.
