KIN 108 - Pilates/Core and MoreLecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 0-2-1 This is an activity course focused on improving core fitness. This course will teach the fundamental principles of Pilates mat work exercise for core strength and flexibility. This course may be repeated 3 times for credit for a total of 4 physical activity credits.
