CM 260 - Project ManagementCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 2 This course is designed to integrate the multiple elements of the Construction Management program and to give the student insight and experience in the daily responsibilities, processes and duties of construction project management. Students will work individually and in teams on projects and perform various tasks associated with construction project administration including record keeping and documentation, financial aspects, negotiating techniques, specifications, and other duties necessary for successful project completion. Prerequisite: CM 215
