CRJ 210 - Introduction to Criminal Justice ResearchCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 An examination of the research function within criminal justice as a discipline and the relationship of planning and research within criminal justice agencies. Focuses on various research techniques and models used to evaluate criminal justice functions, programs, operations, and activities. Applied research techniques are utilized. Prerequisite: CRJ 100, CRJ 105, and CRJ 110. Placement into ENG 021 and ENG 099; or the EAP course sequence ENG 078, ENG 079, ENG 088, and ENG 089; or ENG 096; or minimum grade”C” in one of the following: ENG 020 and ENG 098; or the EAP course sequence ENG 076; ENG 077, ENG 086, and ENG 087.
