This course provides students with a broad knowledge base in regards to the U S Constitution, constitutional law, the history of the Bill of Rights and individual rights in the United States of America. Some areas which will be targeted will include but are not limited to; The United States Supreme Court, The United States Constitution, The United States Bill of Rights, search and seizure, arrests, freedom of expression, pornography, sexual harassment, and freedom of religion. Intended for Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement majors
