CA 299 - Special Topics in Culinary Arts

The exploration and analysis of topics within the discipline. This is a course for advanced students interested in pursuing an in-depth investigation into a particular culinary topic. A full-time culinary arts faculty member will determine the topic, with emphasis on exploring areas of study not covered by existing courses. (May be repeated three times for credit.)
