MFG 200 - Advanced Blueprint Reading/Geometric Dimensioning and TolerancingCredit Hours: 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 2 MFG 200 is a review of blueprint reading procedures and machining specifications with major emphasis on geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a means of dimensioning and tolerancing and drawing with respect to the actual function or relationship of part features, which can be most economically produced. In general, it is a system of building blocks for good drawing practice that provides the means of stating necessary dimensional or tolerance requirements on the drawing not otherwise covered by implication or standard interpretation.
