NURS 164 - Concepts in Pediatric NursingCredit Hours: 2 Lecture: 2 Lab: 0 This course continues to expand on the utilization of the nursing process, levels of prevention, and meeting the basic needs of the pediatric client/family while incorporating any ethical, legal and cultural considerations. Emphasis will be placed on the concepts of development, family, culture, diversity, sensory perception, oxygenation, mobility, tissue integrity, elimination, nutrition, perfusion, and cellular regulation.
