PCIT 240 - Process TroubleshootingCredit Hours: 4 Lecture: 3 Lab: 3 Process troubleshooting skills will be developed by using root-cause and failure-analysis techniques. Process laboratory situations will challenge the student to identify and correct problems as they occur to ensure safe and efficient production. Teamwork as it applies to process-upset situations will be stressed. Problem prevention will be learned to avoid process upsets. Troubleshooting strategy to ensure safe and normal operation will be stressed. This includes networking and communications that are needed to support team activity.
