RADT 109 - Principles of X-Ray ProductionCredit Hours: 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 This course presents the study of x-ray production and the application of radiographic principles. Radiographic quality is presented with density, contrast, recorded detail and distortion explained. The basics of x-ray interactions and primary and secondary radiations are defined and described. Content includes equipment operation and quality control, image acquisition and evaluation. Prerequisite(s): RADT 106 and RADT 107 both with minimum grade “C”. Is course repeatable for credit?
