LENF 222 - White Collar, Corruption and LawCredit Hours: 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 This course explores the nature of crime committed by those in a position of trust, white-collar criminal activities, the problems of corruption, the socio-economic impact of white-collar crime, and the legal system developed to investigate and prosecute all those involved.
Prerequisite(s): Placement into ENG 101 or a minimum grade of “C” in one of the following: ENG 021 and ENG 099 ; or ENG 022 and ENG 099 ; or the EAP course sequence ENG 079 and ENG 089 , or ENG 096 .
