This course is designed to introduce the student to building techniques, industry operations, and new technology in the construction industry presented through a series of lectures, discussions, and activities with industry professionals. It will provide them with knowledge pertinent to current industry practice for commercial and residential construction including methods of implementation. Topics covered include all aspects of residential and commercial construction from conception to completion. Prerequisite(s): Consent of department
