CNT 219 - Cisco VoiceCredit Hours 4 Lecture: 4 Lab: 0 The CCNA Voice course is designed to offer students who have completed the Cisco Primer course the ability to understand and configure a voice enabled network for large-scale businesses. This provides an in-depth understanding of voice networking principles, tools, deployment options, integration challenges and troubleshooting techniques. Students shall work on telephony systems such as: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, or Cisco Unified Presence. The course provides preparation for students to take the ICOMM exam through Cisco. Prerequisite(s): CNT 101 Is course repeatable for credit?
