Introduction to business data analytics using spreadsheets. This course includes spreadsheet models, Organizing and analyzing data for business decision making in design, creation, calculation, manipulation, visualization, macros, advanced database functions and in financial analysis.
Previous description:
The student learns to use a popular electronic spreadsheet software package for microcomputers. The class meets in a PC-equipped classroom. Topics include creation of models, operators and functions, multiple worksheets, creation of databases, and creation of macros and advanced database functions. Prerequisites CIS 126 or OFS 214 , or consent of department Corequisites none
