This course was developed in conjunction with local fire departments to train fire officers at all levels and prepare them to perform the supervisory duties that they will be required to perform on a daily basis in their respective positions. The key aspects of leadership, how to be an effective supervisor, personnel evaluation and environmental factors and how they affect the fire fighter are the main course topics. Prerequisites FSCI 208
