HIM 220 - Quality Management in Health Care

This course teaches Basic QM and PI techniques used in health care facilities.  Focus is on clinical assessment, infection control, utilization management, risk management, and performance improvement tools including but not limited to MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Project. Prerequisites HIM 101, HIM 102, HIM 210  all with minimum grade “C”.
