SALE 101 - SalesLecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 3-0-3 A study of the principles of professional salespersonship in the retailing of goods and services, as well as selling oneself and one’s ideas. Students will focus on strategies to locate prospective customers and develop long-term, positive relationships with customers. Students will develop sales presentation and customer service skills.
