WLDG 141 - FCAWLecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 2-2-3
A course in Flux Core Arc Welding which emphasizes safety, fundamentals of the processes, equipment, and techniques involved with welding mild steel. AWS welder qualification is offered in the 2G, 3G, and 4G positions on mild steel with backing strip. Prerequisite: with minimum grade C.
