The Advanced Certificate provides the student with more advanced skills and knowledge necessary to be competitive in entering the construction industry or advancing their education. A solid core of general education courses provides a strong foundation for the student to advance beyond the basic construction fundamentals skill set. A more in-depth study of the construction project process is included by learning scheduling, estimating and contracts as well as the technology used in the industry.
