This certificate focuses on providing the individual that has some experience in the construction industry with the fundamental skills needed for basic construction estimating. The range of courses covers the knowledge and advanced skills needed to identify, takeoff, organize and price the scope of work for construction projects. Computer skills and advanced use of computer technology for estimating is strongly emphasized in the advanced courses.
