This certificate is intended for those individuals that are currently working or have experience in the construction industry. Building on that experience, the courses provide industry related and technical skills necessary to manage construction projects. It is intended to prepare the individual for advancement or upgrade in a construction project management position.

Students are expected to have print reading experience and be able to pass a print reading proficiency exam.
