PSYC 272 - Stress ManagementCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 This course examines sources of stress, effects of stress, and methods to effectively cope and reduce stress and enhance well-being. The relationship between stress, illness and health is examined utilizing a biopsychosocial model. Theories and research regarding causes, prevention, and management of stress and stress-related conditions are addressed.
