This course assists students in developing skills needed to prevent, detect, and battle cybersecurity threats. Some course topics include how to perform data analysis, configure and use threat detection tools; and interpret results to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to a network. This course helps prepare students for CompTIA CyberSecurity Analyst+ certification. Prerequisite(s): CIS 292 with a minimum grade of C, or consent of department.
