CDEV 215 - Child Study and ObservationCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 1 An in-depth study and assessment of young children utilizing methods of observation integrated with developmental theory. Students learn about and explore a variety of individually, linguistically, culturally and age appropriate formal and informal assessments to gather and share information on children from birth to age eight. The student will gain direct experience in multiple observation methods by the completion of a minimum of 15 hours of observation compiled into one case study.
