RADT 109 - Principles of X-Ray ProductionCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 This course presents the study of x-ray production and the application of radiographic principles. Radiographic quality is presented with density, contrast, recorded detail and distortion explained. The basics of x-ray interactions and primary and secondary radiations are defined and described. Content includes equipment operation and quality control, image acquisition and evaluation. Prerequisites RADT 106 and RADT 107 both with minimum grade “C”. Is course repeatable for credit?
