The Restaurant/Foodservice Management certificate program at JJC is designed to prepare individuals for technical, supervisory and managerial positions within the restaurant and food service industry.
This certificate program covers basic knowledge about the restaurant industry which will help students begin preparing for a career in restaurants and foodservice operations.
