The Hotel Management Certificate of Completion program at JJC prepares individuals for technical and supervisory positions within the hotel/lodging industry.

This certificate program covers management supervision, hotel management procedures and rooms division management, law, food and beverage area controls, and foundations of customer service.  This is brief introduction to the hotel industry for new students who are exploring career options and adult students who are returning to school in search of a change in career.
