Introduction to the basic methods of construction estimating. Provides familiarization with estimating construction costs, quantity takeoff surveys, labor productivity rates, local cost factors, and overhead and profit using both the approximate and detailed methods. Prerequisite: AEC 106 and CIS 126 Corequisite: CIS 137
