This course is designed to teach writing skills necessary for success in college. It is required for students intending to continue in a baccalaureate program. Special emphasis is placed upon summary writing, exposition, and argumentation. Prerequisite(s): Appropriate placement score or minimum grade “C” in one of the following:ENG 021 and ENG 099 or the EAP course sequence ENG 079 and ENG 089 ; or ENG 096 .
