CA 115 - Production ID/ Food Service Purchasing

Lecture - Lab - Credit Hours: 3-0-3
Instruction in the basic principles of quantity food and beverage purchasing. A study of the food markets from the producer to the consumer. Establishment of standards of specifications for food and beverage products. Prerequisite: Placement into ENG 101; or minimum grade of “C” in one of the following: ENG 021  and ENG 099 ; or the EAP course sequence ENG 078 , ENG 079 , ENG 088  and ENG 089 ; or ENG 096 .

 Corequisite: CA 116 .
