This calculus-based lecture/laboratory course deals with the major concepts and relationships of statics, dynamics, energy, wave motion, and heat. Microcomputers are used extensively in simulations, data collection and analysis, spreadsheets, and graphing.Prerequisite: COMPASS placement into ENG 101 or minimum grade “C” in one of the following: ENG 021 and ENG 099 , or the EAP course sequence ENG 078 and ENG 089 , or ENG 096 ; and MATH 170 .
