The Social Media Specialist program prepares students to enter employment with practical knowledge of how businesses can use social media applications to communicate and build relationships with their current and future clients. Understanding the language of human computer interaction, in combination with search engine optimization, and a website presence with the latest in content management platforms, will take a company to new levels of web presence and customer engagement. Some web design education is also included.
