The web accessibility courses prepare students to build websites and modify non-compliant websites to adhere to the federal requirements of Section 508, under the ADA laws.  Students will learn about the latest initiatives and specifications under the web accessibility initiative (WAI) and web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG). The courses within this program will cover topics such as web, document, and digital multimedia accessibility, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), assistive technologies, and validation applications and techniques.  This certificate is beneficial to managers, business owners, web designers and web developers.
