The Hospitality Management degree is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level supervisory and managerial positions within the hospitality industry. Students are introduced to managerial, financial and legal principles essential to business operations.  Students interested in transferring to a four-year institution should consult a Business Department advisor.

General Education Requirements: 15 Semester Hours


Select courses from the following groups:

Group I: Communications  - Must take either ENG 101 or ENG 130. (3 credit hours)

Group II: Social and Behavioral Sciences  - 3 credit hours required in this category

Group III: Humanities and Fine Arts  - No specific minimum credit hours required.  This category is optional for AAS degrees.

Group IV: Math/Sciences  - 3 credit hours required in this category

Group V: Career Enhancement  - No specific minimum credit hours required.  This category is optional for AAS degrees.

 

 

Total Required Hours: 65 Semester Hours
