VET 210 - Externship I

The site of the externship will be based on the student’s identified learning needs and interests in conjunction with faculty recommendations. Potential sites may include veterinary practices, emergency veterinary clinics, research institutions, zoos, animal rehabilitation centers, and pharmaceutical companies. Students will develop their individualized learning objectives for the externship. Students may also participate in an international practicum for to fulfill up to 3 of the 5 required credit hours. Prerequisite(s): VET 120, VET 180, and VET 118
