Fundamentals include zoo, wildlife, aquatic and non-domestic companion animal care in addition to regulatory oversight. Emphasis is placed on a One Health approach addressing the interconnection between human, animal and ecosystem health. Daytime field trips are included in the course. Prerequisite(s): VET 120
